If your dog is displaying aggressive behavior, we can help!

Owning an aggressive dog can be physically, mentally and emotionally taxing. It takes a huge toll on your relationship with your dog, and it can put a lot of stress on your household. We have good news for you: it doesn’t have to stay this way!

Dog behavior training is capable of rehabilitating aggressive dogs, and our programs are no exception. Our approach and experience have proven to be successful with even the most severe aggression cases. We utilize an in-home dog training format so that we can use behavior training to also reform the dog’s relationship with its family. This means both you and your dog will be learning and growing together, all the while forming a bond of trust and respect. At the close of our behavior training programs, you’ll not only feel more confident about your dog’s behavior choices, but you’ll also feel confident in your ability to handle, guide, and communicate with your dog.

All of our aggression rehabilitation programs also address basic manners and obedience. This means that while your dog’s aggression is improving, we’ll also be using behavior training to mold your dog into a well-rounded, reliable dog!

We work with various types of aggression including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Human aggression
  • Dog aggression
  • Sibling aggression (either between litter mates, or within multi-dog households)
  • Resource guarding / food aggression (getting aggressive over bones, toys, space, food, etc.)
  • Territorial aggression
  • Leash aggression / leash reactivity

Getting Started

If you have an aggressive dog, please don’t give up without talking to us! We specialize in behavior training, and we are often a dog’s last hope before being surrendered (or worse). Rose is very passionate about finding a way to keep every dog in his/her home. This was a huge part of her motivation to pursue a career in dog behavior!

Whether you’re getting nervous about your dog’s behavior, or you’re wondering if your dog is beyond help, please call us. We’ll talk with you about your dog and your situation, and we’ll set up an initial behavior consultation. This consultation is about two hours long and is completed in your home. We will assess your dog’s temperament and personality, and we’ll get to know your training experience, goals, and preferences.

Finally, we’ll let you know exactly what is causing your dog’s behavior, and exactly what our plan looks like to fix it. This consultation carries no obligation, but if you do decide to work with us, we’ll commit to working with you until we achieve your training goals!
